4(1)Section 39C of the SSCBA (rate of widowed parent’s allowance and bereavement allowance) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (1), after “section 46(2)” insert “and (4)”.
(3)In subsection (3), in each of paragraphs (a) and (b), for “sections” substitute “provisions”.
