153(1)Article 72A of the Limitation (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (actions for recovery of property obtained through unlawful conduct etc.) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In paragraph (2) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ”.
(3)In paragraph (4) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ”.
(4)After paragraph (7) insert—
“(8)In this Article “relevant person” means—
(a)the Serious Organised Crime Agency,
(b)the Director of the Serious Fraud Office, or
(c)the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.”
