147(1)Section 27A of the Limitation Act 1980 (actions for recovery of property obtained through unlawful conduct etc.) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (2) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ”.
(3)In subsection (4) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ”.
(4)After subsection (7) insert—
“(8)In this section “relevant person” means—
(a)the Serious Organised Crime Agency,
(b)the Director of Public Prosecutions,
(c)the Director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions, or
(d)the Director of the Serious Fraud Office.”
