25 E+W In section 69(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, after “National Park authority,” insert “ an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities), ”.
