186 In section 778 (power to obtain information)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “sections 775 and 776” substitute “section 776”.

(b) in subsection (2)(b)—

(i) for “sections 775 and 776” substitute “section 776”, and

(ii) for “those sections” substitute “that section”.
