SCHEDULE 9 E+W Regulation of social care workers

Manner of exercise of power E+W

6 E+W The power may be exercised so as to—

(a) confer functions (including power to pay grants) on Ministers of the Crown or, in the case of regulations made by the Welsh Ministers, on the Welsh Ministers, or

(b) modify their functions.
