(2)In subsection (2)(a) for the words from “in pursuance of”, where they first appear, to “of the court)” substitute “ in accordance with section 127(1A) ”.
(3)In subsection (3)(b) for “127(2) and (3)” substitute “ 127(1A) and (2) ”.
