Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Cross Heading: Orders relating to electronic communications apparatus: notice requirements is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 07 March 2025. 16(1)The Secretary of State must serve notice on the operator of an electronic communications code network of the making of an order under paragraph 3 if the order extinguishes a public right of way in circumstances in which paragraphs 12 and 13 apply in relation to the operator.E+W
(2)The notice must be served as soon as practicable after the making of the order.
