(2)In the heading, omit “Commission and”.
(3)In subsection (1)—
(a)omit “The Commission and”,
(b)in paragraph (b), omit “respectively”, and
(c)omit the words from “being, in the Commission’s case” in paragraph (b) to the end of the subsection.
(4)Omit subsection (1A).
(5)In subsection (2)—
(a)omit “of the Commission and”, and
(b)omit “or the Commission” wherever appearing.
(6)In subsection (3)—
