Limitation of power of acquisition to land of specified description U.K.

10 U.K. In the case of land specified in columns (1) and (2) of the following table, the power conferred by section 6(1) shall be exercisable only in relation to so much of the land as falls within the description specified in relation to it in column (3) of the table—
