43 E+W In section 36(5)(b) of the Children Act 1989 (education supervision orders)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (ii), after “subsection (1)” insert “ or (1A) ”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (iii), after “subsection” insert “ (1B) or ”.
