SCHEDULE 12 E+W+S Application of Act to Scotland: modifications

2 E+W+S Section 14 applies as if—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) the words “any of the following” were omitted, and

(ii) paragraphs (a) to (f) and (h) to [F1 (q)] were omitted, and

(b) in subsection (2) for “sections 15 to [F2 30A] ” there were substituted “ section 21 ”.
