62Switching from single [F1appointed person] to PanelE+W+S
(1)Subsection (2) applies where an application for an order granting development consent is being handled by a single [F2appointed person] under Chapter 3.
[F3(2)The Secretary of State may decide that the application should instead be handled by a Panel under Chapter 2.
(3)The Secretary of State must publish the criteria that are to be applied in making decisions under subsection (2).]
