79 In consequence of the amendments made by this Part of this Schedule, omit—

(a) in ITEPA 2003, paragraph 208 of Schedule 6,

(b) in ITTOIA 2005, paragraph 429 of Schedule 1, and

(c) in CRCA 2005, paragraphs 102(3)(b) to (d) and 104 of Schedule 4.
