133Scottish partnerships

(1)The Secretary of State may by order modify provisions of this Part in their application to partnerships constituted under the law of Scotland.
(2)An order—
(a)shall be made by statutory instrument, and
(b)shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
