Finance Act 2009, Cross Heading: Commencement: certain consequential amendments is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 06 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
13(1)The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1)(a) of paragraph 11 comes into force on 1 December 2009 (and has effect as if section 103A of TCGA 1992 had effect from that date in relation to the issue, placing, acquisition, holding and disposal of rights in relevant offshore funds by any person).U.K.
(2)The amendments made by sub-paragraphs (2), (4) and (5) of paragraph 11 come into force in accordance with an order made by the Treasury.
