38 Meaning of “the 1983 Act” and “the 2000 Act” U.K.

In this Act—

• “the 1983 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 1983 (c. 2);

• “the 2000 Act” means the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (c. 41).
