(2)In subsection (1)—

(a)omit paragraph (a);

(b)in paragraph (b), after “Part 2” insert “ of this Act ”;

(c)in paragraph (c), after “Part 6” insert “ of this Act ”.

(3)In subsection (3), for “subsection (1)(a) and (b)” substitute “ subsection (1)(b) ”.
