44 E+W In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), at the appropriate places under the heading “Other Bodies, Etc” insert—

“An economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”;”

““A combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”
