Schedule 11 E+W The Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency

Status E+W

1 (1) The QCDA is not to be regarded— E+W

(a) as a servant or agent of the Crown, or

(b) as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.

(2) The QCDA's property is not to be regarded—

(a) as property of the Crown, or

(b) as property held on behalf of the Crown.
