Schedule 11 E+W The Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency

Chair and chief officer: division of functions E+W

4 (1) The Secretary of State may confer additional functions in relation to the QCDA on the chair. E+W

(2) The functions for the time being conferred on the chief officer of the QCDA must not include any function for the time being conferred under sub-paragraph (1) on the chair.
