Part 1 E+W Appointment, qualifications and terms of office of Coroner for Treasure

Qualifications E+W

2 E+W To be eligible for appointment as the Coroner for Treasure, a person must—

(a) be under the age of [F1 75], and

(b) satisfy the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis.
