There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Equality Act 2010, Paragraph 33.
[F133(1)Section 126 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (acts which are both unfair dismissal and discrimination) is amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (1) for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)the Equality Act 2010.”.
(3)In subsection (2)—
(a)for “any one of those Acts or Regulations” substitute “ either of those Acts ”, and
(b)for “any other of them” substitute “ the other ”.]
