“Designating authority” E+W

1 E+W In this Schedule “designating authority” means—

(a) the Environment Agency,

[F1 (aa) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,]

(b) a lead local flood authority,

(c) a district council (whether or not it is a lead local flood authority), and

(d) an internal drainage board.
