Finance Act 2011, Paragraph 17 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
17(1)Section 134 of and Schedule 39 to FA 2002 (which concern Council Directive 2008/55/EC) are repealed with effect from 1 January 2012.U.K.
(2)Any outstanding request for assistance made in accordance with Council Directive 2008/55/EC before that date is to be treated on and after that date for the purposes of this Schedule as if it had been made in accordance with MARD.
