Road Traffic Act 1988 (c. 52) U.K.

1 U.K. In section 184(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (definitions relating to persons subject to service discipline), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “member of the provost staff” substitute—

“(a) a service policeman (within the meaning given by section 375(1) of the Armed Forces Act 2006); or”.
