There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 17.
17(1)Section 77 (publicity requirements for certain accounts and reports of the Post Office company) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In the heading, omit “of the Post Office company”.
(3)Before subsection (1) insert—
“(A1)This section applies to—
(a)a relevant company that is wholly owned by the Crown and does not have a parent company, and
(b)the original holding company if it is wholly owned by the Crown.”
(4)In subsections (1) and (2), for “The Post Office company” substitute “ A company to which this section applies ”.
