49 U.K. In section 7 of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 (Customs revenue functions of the director), in subsection (2)(e)—

(a) omit “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (vi), and

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (vii) insert “and

(viii) machine games duty;”.
