107 Offences under Civil Aviation Act 1982 U.K.

(1) Section 99 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (offences) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (4)—

(a) for “or under” substitute “ , under ”, and

(b) at the end insert “ or under an Air Navigation Order ”.

(3) In subsection (5) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).
