29 (1) Section 65 (persons with whom agreements for provision of primary dental services may be made) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)(g), omit “Primary Care Trust or”.

(3) In subsection (3), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “NHS employee”, omit “Primary Care Trust or”.
