126 (1) Section 242 (public involvement and consultation) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1A)—

(a) omit paragraph (a), and

(b) omit paragraph (b).

(3) Omit subsections (4) and (5).

127 E+W Omit sections 242A and 242B (duties of Strategic Health Authorities in relation to involvement of users).
