137E+WIn section 4 of the Childcare Act 2006 (duty of local authority and relevant partners to work together), in subsection (1)—
(a)before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)the National Health Service Commissioning Board;”, and”
(b)in paragraph (a)—
(i)at the beginning insert “a clinical commissioning group”,
(ii)omit “a Strategic Health Authority”, and
(iii)omit “or Primary Care Trust”.
