18(1)Section 102 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (charges for removal, storage and disposal of vehicles) is amended as follows.E+W

(3)In subsection (8), in the definition of “appropriate authority”, in paragraph (b), for “land in the open air” substitute “ other land ”.
