96 U.K. In the Juries Act 1974—

(a) in sections 1(1), 2(1) and 12(6) for “county courts” substitute “ the county court ”, and

(b) in section 7 for “any county”, and in sections 17(2) and 23(2) for “a county”, substitute “ the county ”.
