(2)In subsection (1), in the words before paragraph (a), for “Commission” substitute “CMA”.
(3)In that subsection, in paragraph (b)—

(b)for “Commission decided” substitute “CMA decided”.
(4)In subsections (2) and (4), for “Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “CMA”.
