14(1)In section 65 (interpretation), in subsection (1)—S
(a)before the definition of “the Council” insert—
““the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;
“the CMA Board” has the same meaning as in Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013;”, and”
(b)omit the definition of “the Director”.
