7 U.K. The amendments made by Part 1 of this Schedule have effect in relation to earnings for the tax year 2013-14 and subsequent tax years.

8 U.K. The amendments made by Part 2 of this Schedule have effect in relation to transfers from a mixed fund that are made in the tax year 2013-14 or any subsequent tax year.
