80 (1) Schedule 3 (procedural requirements applicable to NDA's annual plans) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph 2(1) (consultation by NDA), before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) the Office for Nuclear Regulation;”.

(3) In paragraph 3(8) (approval of annual plan), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the Office for Nuclear Regulation;”.
