Energy Act 2013

20 U.K. A power conferred by this Schedule includes power to require any person to provide any facilities or assistance relating to matters or things—

(a) within the person's control, or

(b) in relation to which the person has responsibilities,

which are needed in order to enable an authorised inspector to exercise the power.
