84U.K.In section 7 of the Police Pensions Act 1976 (payment of pensions and contributions), for paragraph (f) of subsection (2) there is substituted—
“(f)a person to whom section 100A of the Police Act 1996 applies (senior police officer appointed as member of staff of College of Policing);”.
