1E+W+SIn section 4 of the Forfeiture Act 1982 (Upper Tribunal to decide whether forfeiture rule applies to social security benefits), in the definition of “relevant enactment” in subsection (5), after the entry relating to Part 1 of this Act (inserted by Schedule 12 to this Act) insert— “ section 30 of that Act, ”.
