Record keeping E+W+S

11 (1) The regulations may require any person— E+W+S

(a) to make records;

(b) to preserve records for a prescribed period;

(c) to provide records to the Regulator on request.

(2) The regulations may provide that section 10 of the Pensions Act 1995 (civil penalties) applies to a person who fails to comply with those requirements.
