101E+WIn section 150 (fixing maximum charges for services provided with the help of undertakers' services), for subsection (1A) there is substituted—
“(1A)This section does not apply to—
(a)water supplies provided by a water supply licensee, or
(b)sewerage services provided by a sewerage licensee,
to premises of customers in accordance with Chapter 1A of Part 2.”
