15 In that Schedule, in paragraph 21 (FCA financial penalty scheme), in sub-paragraph (2) (list of “regulated persons” who may benefit from the scheme)—

(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c);

(b) at the end of paragraph (d) insert “, and

(e) designated guidance providers.”
