14 U.K. In section 108 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (Lord Advocate's right of appeal against disposal), after paragraph (ca) of subsection (1) insert—

“(cb) a decision under section 22A of the Serious Crime Act 2007 not to make a serious crime prevention order;”.
