35 (1) Section 138F (notification of rules) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “ to the Treasury ”.

(3) After subsection (1) insert—

“(1A) The FCA must also give written notice to the Bank of England.”

(4) In subsection (2) for “(1)(b)” substitute “ (1A) ”.
