31 U.K. In section 194 of the Licensing Act 2003 (index of defined expressions), insert the following entries at the appropriate places—

“entitled to work in the United Kingdom

section 192A”

“immigration offence

section 113”

“immigration penalty (and required to pay, in relation to an immigration penalty)

section 113”

“working illegally, in relation to the prevention of illegal working in licensed premises

section 193”
