SCHEDULE 3 E+W Conduct of education administration: statutory corporations

Specific modifications to Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 E+W

17 E+W Paragraph 64 (management powers may not be exercised without consent of the administrator) is to have effect as if in sub-paragraph (1) for “an officer of a company in administration” there were substituted “ the clerk to the further education body or chief executive of the relevant institution ”.
