There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Technical and Further Education Act 2017, Paragraph 27.
27E+WParagraph 91 (vacancies in court appointments) is to have effect as if—
(a)for sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted—
“(1)The court may replace the education administrator on an application made—
(a)by the appropriate national authority, or
(b)where more than one person was appointed to act jointly as the education administrator, by any of those persons who remains in office.”, and
(b)sub-paragraph (2) were omitted.
