(a) in subsection (1), omit paragraph (a);

(b) in subsection (1)(b), omit “in the case of a scheme for an area in Wales,”;

(c) omit subsection (1A);

(d) in subsection (1B), omit paragraph (a) and the “and” following it;

(e) in subsection (10), omit “(1A),”.
